By registering for the Go-eCommerce Onboarding 2021 campaign, you hereby agree and shall comply to the following terms & conditions:
1) SSM/Borang 9 is required for submission.
2) SiteGiant plan availability will be based on first come first serve basis.
3) Each company shall be entitled to only a single claim for this promotion.
4) SiteGiant Free plan is valid for 1 year subscription only. There will be a renewal fee for the subsequent year (Renewal fee charges shall follow the latest plan’s price as stated in SiteGiant’s pricing page).
5) You are not allowed to transfer the plans or resell FREE SiteGiant plan to any other third party.
6) FREE Domain name is not included under this promotion.
7) Should your application for the 100% subsidy be rejected by MDEC, your Free 1 year SiteGiant plan shall be deemed void. Thus, you may choose to terminate the SiteGiant plan or continue using by paying the plan’s full amount.
8) This promotion is not claimable for existing companies that are already signed up with SiteGiant.
9) This promotion is not applicable for renewal usage.
10) Your company must fall under the SME category as per SMECorp Definition. (Sales turnover is less than RM20 million or employee <75)
